Terms

In effect from November 4, 2026

This is a translation for your convenience. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version applies.

Kot Agent is a free browser game. By creating or joining a room you accept these terms and the privacy rules.

How to behave

• Don't post anything illegal, threats, harassment or other people's personal data in nicknames, names, clues or themes.
• Don't interfere with the game: don't hack it, don't guess room codes and don't flood the server with automated requests.
• If these rules are broken, we may close the room or restrict access.

What you add

You keep the rights to your texts and you are responsible for them. Don't add other people's material unless you have the right to do so.

By adding a nickname, name or theme, you allow the game to store it, deal the theme's words onto the board and show all of this to the room's members. This permission is needed only for the game to work and lasts as long as the room exists.

Copyright

© 2026 Kot Agent (Котовый агент). All rights reserved. The code, drawings, texts, design and word selections compiled by the author belong to the author. They may not be copied, published or used in your own projects without permission. This doesn't apply to individual common words, third-party fonts and libraries, or what players add. You can play and invite friends as much as you like.

Fonts and libraries are used under their licenses, listed on the Licenses page.

The categories contain names of games and characters and names of real people. Others may hold rights to them. Here they are simply words for the game: the project is not connected with or endorsed by these people and companies.

Complaints

If you believe your rights are infringed in the game, write to hello@kotagent.com: say what it's about and give the room number if you know it. We will review your request and remove the material if there are grounds to do so.

No guarantees

The game is provided free of charge and "as is". It may change or be temporarily unavailable, and rooms and results may be lost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the consequences.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They don't limit mandatory rights given to a player by the law of their own country.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top, and we'll try to give notice of significant changes on the game's home screen. You can write to hello@kotagent.com.
